Where to meet your driver

Paris-Beauvais has two terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, a short walk apart. Your booking confirmation or airline app tells you which one you will land at — let us know when you book if you already have it. Your driver waits for you at the arrivals exit of your terminal and gets in touch by phone or WhatsApp once your flight has landed. To find your bearings: car park P1 faces Terminal 1, car park P2 faces Terminal 2, and the shuttle-bus station sits between the two.

One thing to know: we are a licensed taxi registered in Rainvillers, a village just outside Beauvais. Away from our home village, we can only pick up passengers who have booked, so you won’t find us in the taxi queue. Book before you fly — or message us as soon as you land, and we’ll tell you straight away whether the car is free.

Save our WhatsApp number before you take off: it’s the easiest way to reach us from a foreign phone, and you can send your flight number in writing.

Flight delayed? We track it

Low-cost flights often run late, especially in the evening. Give us your flight number when you book: we follow the actual landing time and the driver adjusts, with no extra charge for the delay. If your flight is cancelled or diverted to another airport, message us and we’ll rearrange the pickup.

When you book, send us:

  • Your flight number and scheduled arrival time
  • Your terminal (T1 or T2), if you know it
  • The number of passengers and suitcases
  • Your destination address
  • A child seat request if you travel with a young child

Taxi or shuttle bus?

The airport’s Aérobus shuttle (line A01) runs to Porte Maillot in western Paris: 17.90 € per adult online, 18 € at the counter, at least 1 h 15 on the road, with departures from the airport between 7:30 am and 11:30 pm. It waits for the last flights of the day. If you are travelling alone and staying near Porte Maillot, the shuttle is the cheapest option — no question.

A taxi makes more sense when:

  • you are 3 or 4 travelling together — four shuttle tickets already cost 71.60 €, before metro tickets
  • you are going where the shuttle doesn’t go: Beauvais, Amiens, Compiègne or any town in the Oise, Disneyland Paris or Roissy-CDG
  • you travel with children, heavy luggage or reduced mobility
  • you land late and would rather not cross Paris on public transport at night

Flying out of Beauvais

The airport recommends arriving 1 h 30 to 2 h before a flight within the EU or the Schengen area, and 2 to 3 hours before other flights. The terminals close overnight and reopen between about 3:15 and 4:30 am depending on the day and the terminal, so there is no point arriving earlier. Tell us your flight time and pickup address and we’ll suggest a pickup time.

Typical drive times without traffic: about 10 minutes from Beauvais town centre or train station, 50 minutes from Amiens, 55 minutes from Compiègne and 1 h 10 from central Paris — more at rush hour.

Fares and payment

Taxi fares in the Oise are capped by the local prefecture, with a day rate (7 am – 7 pm, Monday to Saturday) and a higher rate at night, on Sundays and on public holidays. We confirm the price when you book. As a reference, the airport publishes indicative metered fares: around 17 € by day and 21 € at night to Beauvais train station, 185 € by day and 230 € at night to Paris.

You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard) or cash on board, and you get a receipt.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

01Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. We are registered in Rainvillers, so at the airport we only pick up passengers who have booked — we don’t wait at the taxi rank. Book online, by phone or on WhatsApp as soon as you know your flight. Last-minute requests are possible if the car is free.

02Where will the driver meet me?

At the arrivals exit of your terminal, Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. The driver contacts you by phone or WhatsApp once your flight has landed.

03My Ryanair flight is delayed. Will you still be there?

Yes. We track your flight number and the driver adjusts to the real landing time, with no extra charge for the delay.

04Can I pay by card?

Yes, Visa and Mastercard are accepted on board, as well as cash. You get a receipt.

05How many passengers and suitcases can you take?

Up to 4 passengers and about 3 suitcases in our saloon car. If you are more, or travel with bulky items such as a pushchair or a ski bag, tell us when you book and we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits.

06Can you take me to the airport for a 6 am flight?

Yes, we drive 24/7 on booking. The terminals open from about 3:15 am, and the night rate applies between 7 pm and 7 am. Book the day before at the latest.
